Your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier. We, as provider have our own contract with several of the major insurance companies which allows us to submit your claim to your insurance company as a courtesy to you. This is not a guarantee of payment of your claim. Ultimately, the patient is responsible for paying for everything that is not covered by the insurance company.
Please contact your insurance company prior to receiving treatment to ensure you understand what they will cover and what they will not. If your insurance contract is renewed, the policy may change.
