By profession, I am a physiotherapist, Fittmummy prenatal trainer and an onco-physiotherapist.

I obtained my physiotherapy degree at the University of Miskolc in 2021. For me, physiotherapy is not just a profession, but a commitment to improving patients’ health and quality of life through holistic, personalized care, trust, and continuous professional development.

I began my career at the Mátra Medical Institute, focusing on chronic cardiovascular and respiratory rehabilitation, and later worked in private healthcare providing sports rehabilitation for first-division men’s handball players. Since 2022, I have been working at the National Institute of Oncology, treating breast surgery patients after reconstructive-plastic and other procedures. I also lecture at national conferences, teach practical courses at Semmelweis University, and participated in the international eCan research project on online physiotherapy after COVID.

My key areas include pain management, post-surgery rehabilitation, reintegration of movement into daily life, and specialized care after oncology treatments, breast surgeries, plastic procedures, and C-sections. I also use modern techniques such as cupping, FDM, kinesiology taping, ultrasound, soft laser therapy, scar treatment, and prenatal exercise.

I believe prevention is just as important as recovery. I welcome adult patients seeking to regain mobility, reduce musculoskeletal pain, improve their quality of life, or learn stress management and breathing techniques.
