The RMC Loyalty Program was created to recognize and reward the trust of our patients in a meaningful way by complementing the healthcare services they use with tangible benefits. For us, the Loyalty Program is not just a discount system, but another opportunity to express our gratitude for our patients’ trust.
How does the Loyalty Program work?
Patients participating in the program can progress through different membership levels based on the value of the services they use. The total amount spent is accumulated automatically, allowing members to reach higher tiers with greater discounts over time.
What membership levels are available?
The RMC Loyalty Program consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each level provides different general discounts that can be used across a wide range of RMC services. In addition, our members periodically receive extra coupons, seasonal offers, and special discounts.

Can points be collected as a family?
Yes. One of the greatest advantages of the program is that family members can collect points together on a single loyalty card. This allows shared spending to contribute more quickly toward reaching higher tiers and earning discounts.
How can coupons be redeemed?
The unique coupons available periodically can be redeemed by clicking the “Redeem” button on the online platform. However, it is important to pay attention to the timing of redemption: once activated, the given discount remains valid for 15 minutes, during which it must be used when paying at reception. Therefore, it is recommended to activate the coupon immediately before payment.
Is there a fee to join the program?
No, joining the RMC Loyalty Program is completely free of charge. If the fees change in the future, cardholders will be notified in writing at least 30 days in advance. During this period, members will have the option to leave the program free of charge.
Where can I check my balance?
You can view your current points balance and available discounts on the online platform associated with your loyalty card. After logging in, you can see your current membership level, collected points, as well as available coupons and offers in detail.
