I graduated from the University of Debrecen Faculty of Medicine in 1997. I became board certified in Clinical Pharmacology in 2002, Infectious Diseases in 2005, and Allergology and Clinical Immunology in 2012. Since 2020, I have been serving as the Head of the Department of Infectious Diseases at the Clinical Centre of the University of Debrecen.

I provide comprehensive evaluation and personalized care for a wide range of liver diseases, including hepatitis, fatty liver disease, liver cirrhosis and its complications, as well as the investigation of elevated liver enzyme abnormalities. I also specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary tract diseases, cholestasis, metabolic liver disorders, and liver damage caused by medications or alcohol consumption. My goal is to provide my patients with high-quality hepatology care based on modern diagnostic methods and the latest evidence-based clinical guidelines.
