I graduated from Sechenov Medical Academy (Moscow) and Semmelweis Medical School (Budapest). I became a specialist of Urology at St. John’s Hospital (Budapest), where I still work today. In 2007, I also passed an international specialization from the European Board of Urology. In the same year, I also did a three-month scholarship in Germany, at the Urological Department of Martin-Luther-Universität (Halle-Wittenberg), where I gained practical experience in urological laparoscopy.
My special interests are up-to-date diagnosis and therapy of superficial bladder cancer, modern urolithiasis therapy and laparoscopic surgery. I gained experience in treating urolithiasis at St. John’s Hospital, the first institute where ESWL (lithotripsy) therapy started in the country. Later, I spent several weeks at Charing Cross Hospital, London, where I studied kidney stone surgery. I also have extensive experience in urological abdominal, intravesical and intrarectal ultrasound diagnosis. I am a regular participant and lecturer at domestic and international medical congresses. I am also a member of the Hungarian Urological Association, the European Association of Urology and the General Medical Council. I am fluent in Hungarian, Russian and English.
My hobbies include diving and photography.
