I graduated from Semmelweis University in 1983. I passed surgery exams in 1987 and vascular surgery exams in 1991. At Semmelweis University, I was initially a clinician and teaching assistant, then became an assistant professor, associate chief physician and head of department. Since 2013, I have been the Head of Surgery of Bajcsi-Zsilinszky Hospital and Outpatient Clinic’s Surgery, Vascular Surgery and Chest Surgery Department. I am the author or co-author of several Hungarian and foreign professional articles. I have 30 years’ experience as a university lecturer in the areas of medic and specialist training and continuing professional training.
