I was born and raised in Hungary. I graduated from the University of Pécs Medical School, where I ranked first in my class of 240 twice during the six years. I became completed a specialization in internal medicine in Hungary in 1993. I completed my internal medicine residency training at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan in 1997, and became US board- certified in internal medicine.

I practiced at Samaritan Hospital in Washington State for four years, where I was appointed Chief of Medicine and Medical Director of the ICU for a period of two years. Needless to say, I am fluent in English. I was the medical director of RMC Clinics between 2003 and 2013.

I enjoy playing tennis, running, cooking and jazz.
