Individually Tailored Annual Checkup

Instead of one-size-fits-all solutions and treating only symptoms, we believe in tailor-made healthcare. Our personalized screening programs, which are directed by a specialist in internal medicine, can spare you numerous unnecessary tests.

Individually Tailored Annual Checkup

We assess the patient's general state of health by means of a sophisticated internal medicine screening, after which the internist will decide whether to carry out any further tests. Each individual test in the screening is carried out according to international best practices and medical guidelines.

The Annual Checkup includes a 60-minute, comprehensive internal medicine examination, as well as a series of laboratory tests distributed according to age and sex. During the internal medicine examination, the physician will make recommendations for further specialist examinations. This is how we create the personally tailored RMC Annual Checkup.

The medical components of the RMC Annual Checkup:

  • Record taken of family, individual and social history
  • Risk assessment
    • Cardiovascular issues
    • Cancerous diseases
    • Life-threatening risk factors
  • Cardiovascular screening
    • Height and weight measurements, body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage, waist measurement: preparation of summary tables of individual values
  • Blood pressure assessment, ECG
  • Framingham cardiovascular risk assessment: Shows the likelihood of a heart attack occurring in the next ten years. This is a probability assessment, and is not used to diagnose heart disease. It does, however, indicate the most important risk factors.
  • Diabetes screening
  • Preventative health and lifestyle advice
  • Evaluation of results of laboratory tests
  • Recommendation of further specialist examinations based on individual risk
